On the day my parents left to go back home, we had a yucky snow storm. The drive to the airport was scary and my parents had to wait to fly out, but we all arrived back to our homes safely. The snow doesn't stay around very long, but the roads stay wet and they get lots of black ice. Because of the ice, school was closed for two days.
